In addition, Gabrielle performs comprehensive nutrition analysis and creates custom nutrition labels for restaurants and food companies globally.
Gabrielle served as Nutrition Consultant for the Shangri-La Hotel Management Group, and Nutrition Advisor for the Peninsula Hotel group and the Peninsula Spas by ESPA, throughout Asia and the United States of America. She designed the ‘Naturally Peninsula’ corporate health and wellness brand, which encompassed a variety of F&B and wellness programmes for all properties within the group.
In addition, Gabrielle provides expert advice on practical nutrition planning and lifestyle counselling to both adults and children dealing with a variety of nutritional, psychological and medical concerns. Her reputation for her successful work with adolescents, teenagers and adults afflicted with disordered eating, eating disorders, emotional eating, and other weight issues is unparalleled.

Gabrielle obtained a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University. During her formative years in Hong Kong, her fathers’ position as General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel exposed her to a variety of international cuisines, which she draws upon when instructing clients on nutrition and health.
