I finished my 6 days on Friday.  It was honestly one of THE BEST experiences I have had health wise.  The main effect that I noticed was the disappearance of any inflammation in my body.  For me this is significant and something that I struggle with as a side effect of a chronic autoimmune disorder (sarcoidosis).  My ankles are often quite swollen, particularly during rainy season.  I also have a bit of arthritis in my knee joints.  Within four days, my knees completely stopped hurting and my ankle swelling disappeared.  This is truly remarkable.

I just want to let you know that I LOVED my detox, today is the last day and I managed 1. Not to cheat and 2. Not to go crazy or feel hungry!! Thank you so much, I absolutely love sweet dreams, its my favorite drink ever. My boyfriend also managed to get through it and really enjoyed the whole process.
